Kojo Aggor's
overarching goal is to work collaboratively with chapter members to strengthen
and safeguard the NDC statute, processes, norms, and values in the public
interest.
Accountability:
Responsive chapter leaders allow members to hold their leaders accountable for
their actions through institutionalized checks and balances.
Transparency:
A chapter whose activities are open to members' scrutiny.
Equity: All
members are treated fairly and in accordance with their different conditions.
Inclusion:
Seeking diverse voices and perspectives that will be respected and incorporated
into the chapter agenda. An enabling environment to harness professionals to
showcase skills and abilities.
Pluralism is
defined as the free, open, and peaceful competition of universally accepted
ideas.
Participation:
People are encouraged to freely associate with the chapter and perform
responsibilities and to do so actively and respectfully.
